Saying Yes to the Dress

On the journey to find my dream wedding dress, I went to a few different shops. I needed to make sure I was getting the perfect dress. I was so terrified of regretting my choice and I can honestly say, I was in LOVE with the one I chose. It was just perfect for me and what I envisioned for my special day.

The First Stop

La Soie Bridal Pasadena CA

This was the first bridal store I went to with my girls. La Soie has a really cute set up and the the friendly staff welcomed me with a Mrs glass, so sweet! They allowed us to drink but we had to provide our own champagne. I definitely didn't mind though! The dresses just weren't for me, but I definitely enjoyed the experience.

The Second Stop

LOHO Bride Los Angeles CA

This place was absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a dress that is unique, I highly recommend coming here! The shop charges a $25 fee to book your appointment, but it's totally worth it. Amanda, the stylist that assisted me, served champagne and tea to everyone in our party. LOHO provides a personal stylist to help you the entire time. When we first arrived, Amanda told my girls and I to pick out some dresses we liked. Then based on they style of dresses we chose, she pulled similar options for me to try on. I thought this was really special because it allowed my girls to be even more involved. It made the experience more meaningful to me.

The Third Stop *THE ONE*

Galia Lahav Los Angeles CA

Funny story about this one, and this is how you know it was fate. I actually stumbled upon this store by accident and GOSH am I so happy I did! I drove past a different store in LA and decided to stalk their Instagram. This store happened to carry a few of Galia Lahav's dresses at that time. So I thought I made an appointment at the that store and it turns out, it was actually at Galia Lahav's flagship store, and let me tell you, I was not mad about it. I was welcomed by Kaila, who was a gem during the entire process. I walked around and selected what dresses I liked, which meant I pulled about 15 of them! These masterpieces make you wish you could get married over and over again just so you can wear them all. I don't think Dan would let me do that, but these dresses definitely make me want to. I remember when I started trying on them on, I was so excited because I liked them all more than I had the others. When I put on 'The One'... I just knew. I got the chills and I could just feel the magic while being in it. My entire experience here made me feel like a princess, from start to finish, not even to mention how I felt on the day of my wedding. I couldn't speak more highly about the dress I chose and the LA team at Galia Lahav. Seriously, I am so grateful for Galia Lahav for helping to make my dream wedding come to life with such a magical gown. The Fourth Stop

Lovella Bridal Glendale CA

Yes, I went to another bridal store after finding the dress. I had scheduled my appointment here before I visited Galia Lahav and I did not want to cancel on them. The dresses here were beautiful too but my heart was just already set on the one I found. I will say this store and the ladies working here were very caring and helped take good care of me. I would check them out if you have a chance.

A Huge Thank You

I seriously had a blast shopping for my wedding dress. I made a fun day out of it and went with my bridesmaids, mom and grandma. Sipping champagne and trying on wedding dresses with the best company. I will cherish these memories always. Thank you to everyone to helped me a long the journey to finding the one.
